Iowa Central men's basketball team picked up a key ICCAC conference win on Wednesday night by defeating DMACC by a score of 98-79.  Iowa Central led by 6 at halftime and continued to build on the lead in the second half.  "I thought we played well for the first 30 minutes of the game.  The last 10 minutes of the game for both teams got ugly.  But we made some shots and took care of business.  I thought Dallas Bailey and Royshawn Webb really played well.  Obviously Tray has been our steady guy all year, but those other 2 played really well which was a key factor."  Said Dennis Pilcher, head coach of Iowa Central.

With the win, Iowa Central improves to 19-10 overall and 5-6 in ICCAC play.  Their next game will be Saturday, March 3rd at Ellsworth, with tip-off at 3:00pm.  Winner of that game will host a first round home game in the ICCAC conference tournament on Tuesday, March 6th at 7:00pm
