SIOUX CITY - The Iowa Central cross country program picked up their fifth and sixth team titles of the season here Saturday at the Morningside Invitational.
The Triton women had four runners finish in the Top-10, scoring 39 points to finish well ahead of Dordt. Morningside was third, Hastings fourth and Northwestern fifth in the 10-team field.
Iowa Central's men posted a 31, nine ahead of Dordt as they had four in the Top-8 led by Kelvin Bungei's personal-record time of 24:49 to win the individual race.
Noah Friske finished fifth and Mohamed Mohamud was ninth for the Tritons.
Next action for Iowa Central will be Oct. 3 at the Briar Cliff Invitational.
