Records Continue to Fall for Triton Track & Field
The Triton's split squads this weekend, sending a small group to Topeka, KS and a larger group to Mankato, MN. The Washburn Open in Topeka, played host to a large group of junior college and NCAA schools. Washburn is the host of the 2026 NJCAA Indoor Track and Field Championships. The remainder of the group participated in the Mark Schuck Invite hosted by Minnesota State University – Mankato.
Coach's Corner
"We were very excited with the national rankings that came out last week, the Women are ranked 1st while the men are ranked 3rd. We explained to the team that it's fun and they should be excited, but it means nothing if we don't keep working, keep getting better and keep preforming. Wow, did they listen! We are in the second month of the indoor season now, and they have not taken their foot off the gas.
